SEYMOUR, Ind. – Schneck Hospice is hosting GriefShare, a 13-week free program open to adults and children 14 years and older, beginning early next year.
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group that will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
Topics will include Living with Grief, the Journey of Grief, the Effects of Grief, Your Family and Grief, and the Uniqueness of Grief. The seminars feature video sessions and discussions.
You will gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and again look forward to finding joy.
“In our fast-paced society, it is imperative to take time to grieve,” said Stephen Barrett, Schneck Hospice Chaplain. “Being with others who have had similar experiences can be extremely healing.”
Registration is not required but preferred. You are welcome to attend any or all sessions. For more information, call 812-523-4879.
The GriefShare program is being held in three locations in Seymour:
- The Point – 311 Myers St. – evenings starting January 2
- First Baptist Church – 505 Community Dr. – late mornings beginning January 14
