SEYMOUR, Ind. – Seymour Department of Public Works has had difficulty collecting recycle and trash this morning due to weather. After several trucks were pulled from the snow, they have made the decision to cease collections today.
A new shift is on duty and Snow Crew #1 is back on the roads. They will continue to work on clearing streets. Residents are asked stay home and allow them to work.
At this time, there is not a definite plan for tomorrow. They apologize for the inconvenience, but need more time to monitor street conditions.
Their office and Drop Off area are closed today.
