FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Recycling District (JCRD) has announced it will shut its doors at the current location and open soon in a new facility.
JCRD currently operates in a building at 635 Arvin Drive in Franklin and will soon move about two miles north to a new home at 2250 Graham Road near the Johnson County Animal Shelter. The current location will close at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, and plans to re-open at the new facility around Memorial Day.
The Tox Box will also relocate, providing services during regular recycling hours upon reopening to the public.
